Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on Zipaara.io, a digital platform operated by ZyntelX. Zipaara.io is a digital-only service — no physical products are shipped.

All payments on Zipaara.io are collected and processed under ZyntelX, the legal entity that owns and operates the platform. References to the company in this policy mean ZyntelX.

1. Refund Eligibility

ZyntelX wants you to be confident in Zipaara.io. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Refunds apply to first-time paid purchases of a given plan tier unless otherwise stated at checkout
  • Promotional or heavily discounted offers may have different refund terms disclosed at purchase
  • Abuse of the refund process (including repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) may result in account restrictions

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@zipaara.io with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address registered on your Zipaara.io account
  • Order or transaction reference (if available)
  • Date of purchase
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

ZyntelX reviews requests in good faith and may ask follow-up questions to process your case.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account
  • If a refund is denied, ZyntelX will explain the reason by email

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a paid subscription within 7 days of purchase and remain eligible for a refund under Section 1. After 7 days, cancellation may stop future renewals but may not qualify for a refund of amounts already charged, except where required by law.

To cancel renewal of a recurring plan, contact support@zipaara.io or use the cancellation option provided by your payment provider, if available.

5. Digital Services Only

Zipaara.io delivers digital study tools and content online. There are no physical goods, shipping charges, or return shipments. Access to paid features may be revoked after a refund is completed.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact ZyntelX before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

7. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with applicable Indian information technology requirements, you may raise billing or refund grievances directly with ZyntelX, the operator of Zipaara.io, as follows:

8. Policy Updates
