Request account deletion
Zipaara.io is operated by ZyntelX. You can delete your account from within the product while signed in. After you confirm, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
How to delete your account
Account deletion is self-service. You must be logged in to complete these steps:
- Sign in to your Zipaara.io account at https://zipaara.io.
- Open Settings from your account menu in the navigation.
- Select the Account section in Settings.
- In the danger zone, choose Delete Account.
- When prompted, type DELETE exactly as shown and confirm to proceed.
Irreversible
Once confirmed, your account and associated data are permanently removed. We cannot restore deleted accounts or recover study materials afterward.
Processed immediately
After you confirm, deletion runs right away. You will be signed out and lose access to your projects and generated content.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your user profile and data tied to your account, including:
- Projects, uploaded documents, videos, and audio files
- AI-generated notes, flashcards, quizzes, mock tests, and podcasts
- Study progress, practice results, and personalization settings
- Project sharing relationships where you are the owner or a collaborator
- Files stored on our servers that belong to your account
Records we must keep for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be retained for a limited period, as described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy on this site.
You may register again later with the same email address, but this creates a new account. Previous projects, uploads, and generated study content will not be restored.

If you cannot sign in or complete deletion in Settings, contact us and we will assist with verification and account removal where appropriate.
